Activity Director Edition license terms
Draft: waiting on counsel. These terms are not final. Our lawyer hasn’t checked them yet.
Who gives the license
Tuckaway Press, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. Misty & Todd is an imprint of Tuckaway Press, Inc. You can reach us at hello@mistyandtodd.com.
Who it is for
One community. It is the community named on your invoice. Another community needs its own license, even if the same company runs both.
How long it lasts
One year. It starts on the start date on your invoice and ends at the end of the last day.
What you may do
- Print and copy the Edition’s pages for activities with the residents of your community.
- Let your staff and volunteers use the files to do that.
- Keep the files on your community’s own computers and printers.
- Let residents keep the pages they color.
What you may not do
- Sell, rent or trade the pages or the files.
- Share the files or the download link with another community.
- Post the pages or the files online, including on social media.
- Take our name off the pages, or use them to make a new book or product.
When it ends
On the last day, please stop making new copies. Pages already colored are yours to keep. About a month before the end we send one email reminder. To renew, reply to it, and Todd will send a new invoice.
If these terms are broken, we may end the license early and turn off the download link. We will write to you first when we can.
Our pages stay ours
The license lets you copy the pages. It does not make the pages, Tuck or our names yours. They stay with Tuckaway Press, Inc., a Wyoming corporation.
What the pages are
The pages are an activity for a group. We make no claims about health or care.
Your information
We keep your community’s name, the dates, the price, the invoice number and your contact’s email. We clear the email six months after the license ends and keep the rest for seven years as our tax record. Please don’t send us any resident’s name. The Privacy Policy has the details.
The law
These terms follow Texas law.
