Activity Director Edition
Pages you may copy for your community’s activities, on a license for one year.

What the license covers
- One community. The license is for the community named on your invoice.
- One year. It runs from the start date to the end date on the invoice, through the whole of the last day.
- Copies for your own residents. Print as many copies as your activities need, for the people who live there.
- Not for resale or posting. Please don’t sell the pages, share them with another community, or post them online.
Price
$149 to $249 a year, depending on your community. Todd will tell you the price when he writes back. This is a provisional range.
How it works
- Ask for a license with the short form. Tell us your community and the best email to reach you.
- Todd writes back and sends you an invoice. Facilities pay by purchase order, so you get an invoice, not a checkout page.
- We email your contact a link to the files. It works until the license ends.
- About a month before the end, we send one reminder. To renew, reply to it.
What is in the Edition
Scenes from our books, each drawn twice: the Easy page and the Detailed page, as files you print on US Letter or A4 paper.
The Edition is still being prepared. Ask now and we’ll tell you when the files are ready.
What we keep
Your community’s name, the dates, the price, the invoice number and your contact’s email. We clear the email six months after the license ends. We don’t need any resident’s name, so please don’t send one. More is on the Privacy Policy.
