Coloring for groups
One scene, two pages, and a seat for everyone at the table.
Here is how groups can use our large-print coloring books in an activity program, a library or a classroom.
Two pages for every scene
Each scene is drawn twice, so people at the same table can color the same picture in the way that suits them.
- The Easy page is the easy way in. It has thick, bold lines and big open shapes, so there’s little to explain and it’s quick to start.
- The Detailed page is for confident hands. It’s the same scene with finer lines and more to color.
- Tuck, a little terrier, is in plain sight on every Easy page and hiding on every Detailed page, so there’s always something to look for.
Remember When, for conversations
Remember When has scenes like a soda fountain, a drive-in, a roller rink, Grandma’s kitchen, a workshop and a sewing room. They’re familiar scenes people enjoy talking about.
Open a book to a scene and ask a question or two:
- What did the soda fountain near you look like?
- Which song was on the jukebox?
- What was cooking in your family’s kitchen on Sunday?
- What did you keep in your workshop or sewing room?
Winter, the secular choice
Same Page: Winter is about the season, not a holiday: a sledding hill, a skating pond, a ski lodge and a dog sled team. It’s a good fit for a group with many traditions.
